Kind of feels like high school all over again, amirite? No? Just me? Fine. Whatever your feelings about New York Fashion Week, if you’re not there, you can still pretend with this complete list of live streaming shows, courtesy of the The Cut. (Thanks to them for doing my job for me. All that Googling really cuts into tequila time.)

Newly 16, Hailey Clauson

NYFW is a watershed event for many reasons this season, none of which are garnering nearly as much attention as model Hailey Clauson. This isn’t her first Fashion Week, but it is the first time she’ll actually be observing the CFDA’s mandate that all models be at least 16 years old.  Last year, Hailey pinkie swore that she was old enough to walk in Diane von Furstenberg’s show, only to be outed later as a 15 year old liar. Von Furstenberg had to publicly apologize for breaking the very rules she created as president of the CFDA,  while Clauson just shrugged and went on her merry way.

Kylie & Kendall Jenner

Since then, the CFDA strongly suggest that designers and their staffs id all the models used in their shows during casting. It’s expected most will comply-  except for Avril Lavigne (who’s not a real designer, but her name is technically attached as such to the Abbey Dawn line.) She wants to put her boyfriend’s little sister, Kylie Jenner, on her runway despite Kylie being just fourteen. After all, it’s never too early to ruin a young girl’s innocence, and in the end, isn’t that what Fashion Week is all about? Besides, in Kardashian years, fourteen is almost old enough to have a sex tape, certainly old enough for your own spinoff reality show, and the mass production of at least one signature fragrance. Two minutes on a runway is probably the closest thing to “age appropriate” this girl will do all year. Really, I think it’s more offensive that Avril Lavigne is allowed to refer to herself as a designer.
